The Honor Foundation was the hands-down game-changer for me in my transition. Everybody I know that is preparing for transition, I intensely recommend them to THF. When I started the program, I had no idea of what to expect, and I really thought that I had Military-to-Civilian transition figured out as much as I needed to. I had the confidence to do it but lacked awareness for the things I should be thinking about. The personal coach that I was assigned was a key part of the process and remains a mentor and confidant six months after I graduated. There are companies and people out there that highly value the work ethic and expertise of our SOF people. And finding the next mission can be an easy-button move to the first company that knocks on the door. But the THF formula prepares us (SOF vets) to think and prepare to make better, informed, and impactful decisions. The THF program and its people are first class. I am indebted to THF for the absolute treasures it provided and I will seek to pay that forward by extending my good fortune my other brothers and sisters that deserve to transition well; for themselves, for their families and for the other warriors following behind them
