Our Core Values
“Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with important ones.”
One is None
“The ego is not master in its own house.”
“If there’s any chance to send stuff to other star systems, we need laser-focus.”
"If you want to build something that’s truly viral you have to create a total mindf*** experience that you tell everyone about."
“Empathy is about standing in someone else's shoes, feeling with his or her heart, seeing with his or her eyes.”
“Whatever your life's work is, do it so well that the living, the dead, and the unborn could do it no better."
Martin Luther King
“Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men's blood.”
Guiding Principles of Transition Operators
The fairest way to judge any organization is by the guiding principles they seek to uphold. These were gleaned directly from the way the SOF community operates. They guide us, strengthen us and make us what we are.
- Plan for Achievement
- Make it 10x Better
- Provide Field Experience
- Practice Artistry
- Feedback is a Gift
- Prepare for Adventure
NO ONE KNOWS SPECIAL OPERATORS
LIKE SPECIAL OPERATORS
At The Honor Foundation, we embody the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community because we are them. Our programs were developed by SOF operators for SOF operators. Our Foundation is run by former SOF operators and the SOF Truths are interwoven into the very fabric of our organization. Our team holds ourselves to their same impeccable standards because we understand them, live them and lead with them. The men and women we serve -- our brothers and sisters -- are a part of us and we'll work tirelessly to serve them and this community with honor, for life.
