Having been to college and had a career prior to the Navy, I thought I was well ahead of the game prior to THF (I was even a bit skeptical if the program would help). I quickly realized that my methods for obtaining employment were outdated, and I needed to show up and pay attention at every class. It is a sizeable time commitment but well worth every second, and you’re only going to get out of the program what you put into it (and the staff works with you if you cannot make it).
