The Honor Foundation helped me overcome my fear and anxiety about leaving the military in the midst of a pandemic. I have tried various transitioning programs but none brought as much diversity and experience as The Honor Foundation. You did not just write our resumes for us, but guided us. You did not tell us what we would be good at, but introduced us to a vast network from various industries for us to explore. I can understand why our book is called Bearings, because THF truly is a compass. You gave us all the materials and tools to be successful and left it up to us to design our blueprint.
