As a proud member of Cohort 112, I can say without hesitation that The Honor Foundation has been one of the most impactful experiences of my career transition. After 34 years of military service, with 21 of those years in SOF, stepping into the private sector was exciting, yet uncertain. The Honor Foundation provided me with not only the tools and resources to navigate that transition, but more importantly, the trusted community and guidance I needed to grow personally and professionally.

From world-class executive coaching and exceptional instructors and THF Staff, to a truly inspiring group of Fellows… now friends, every aspect of the program was thoughtfully designed and deeply meaningful. THF truly challenged me to reflect on my core values, refine my purpose… “Why,” and equip myself with a clear roadmap for this next chapter. The network I’ve built through THF continues to open incredible doors and foster meaningful relationships that are both professional and deeply personal.
