Transitioning out of the Raider operational lifestyle is still one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. I joined THF to simply walk and see what is on this path outside of MARSOC. In short, THF illuminated that path and brought a team of people alongside me. Now, I have clearer vision and I have a plethora of teammates with me in this next journey. Even better, the THF support is for life.

This program is a commitment. It was much more of a commitment than I expected. However, it is a life changing one, and well worth the time.

The THF Network is exceptional. I have received help from people in various walks of life all throughout the nation.

Although I am still reluctant on leaving the military, I am much better equipped and feel much more reassured than I was before THF. This program helps you put on paper and articulate your experience, your why, and your value proposition for whatever role is next.
