The Honor Foundation was a game changer for me and my family. I came into the program convinced I knew exactly what I was going to do in the exact field; and to be honest not that excited about that. The instructors, coaches, and coursework from THF allowed me to view myself through a completely different lens. Without that I never would have been able to get to the level of clarity on myself in what I have to offer to a company other than a specific skill set. THF didn’t pressure me to change; they enabled me to see the best version of my business self. Then THF turned around and demonstrated how to capture that into a resume and sell these qualities in an interview. Now I am very excited about my next chapter and know I will find the upmost fulfillment in the process and where I land.
