No doubt in my mind, that if I choose to walk away from government work, that I will be successful in civilian life. Our Treks confirmed, through meeting a wide variety of the civilian sector, that, they want and need our type of leadership, initiative, critical thinking, and resiliency in their workplace. I am humbled and honored to have learned so much about myself, my fellow cohort members, and what is possible in the future!
