THF has been a remarkable experience to prepare my entire family for transition from the military. Personally, it has given me the tools to prep for my next employment opportunity. Potentially more importantly, my time with THF has provided topics and ideas for me to discuss transition with my family so my spouse and 3 kids can make this transition with me.
