Before attending THF I had no idea what I wanted to do after the military. I had a few vague ideas but nothing was concrete. I didn’t know how my skills and preferences would transfer to the private sector or what type of roles I would bring value to. Even if I did figure out what to do, I had no idea how to get there. THF taught me about my natural skills and preferences, gave me the tools to market myself and become a competitive candidate, and the exposure to opportunities I never would have had without the program. THF was a truly life-changing experience for myself and my family.
