Inundated with ideas, as many of us are, The Honor Foundation helped to focus my thoughts into a clear roadmap for the future that aligned with my preferences and values. Through the THF process and staff inputs, I began to fully understand what was important to me and find my next niche where I can be impactful and feel fulfilled. Equally as important was learning how to leverage and market my strengths and experiences to civilian employers so that we can grow and improve together. Huge thanks to The Honor Foundation staff, coaches, and partners for investing their time, energy, and expertise into each and every fellow!
