Marsha Alexander is a Managing Director at Apollo Global Management, a leading global alternative asset manager with AUM of $785 billion specializing in investments across credit, equity, and real assets. At Apollo, Marsha leads institutional fundraising efforts across all product categories in the Northeast US, including key global strategic partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Marsha was a Managing Director and Global Head of Investor Relations for Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s private equity secondaries business. Previously, she worked at Kingdon Capital and Oaktree Capital in marketing and business development.  She started her career at Goldman Sachs in various roles including corporate bond trading, credit derivative sales and bank loan capital markets.

Marsha graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with BA degrees in both Chemistry and Spanish and received her MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. At Apollo, Marsha serves on the Leadership Committee for the Apollo Veterans Network, where she spearheaded THF’s Apollo Opportunity Foundation grant of $600k over the past three years.
