Mr. Barber is a seasoned banker and energy finance leader with 30 years of experience. He is currently CEO & President of Southeast Capital & Finance, LLC and KBS Energy Solutions, LLC.  His companies work with electrical distributors, municipalities, state & local governments to provide financing and debt solutions in the energy space. The companies also work with renewable energy companies to provide guidance in market making of products, investment, financing and sales channels.  He is a graduate of Harding University with a degree in Economics & Management. Mr. Barber was selected in 2006 by Arkansas Business Magazine as a Top 40 under 40 business executive.

His interest includes trout fishing, golfing, anything outdoors, shooting and college football.
