04 DOSIER:

Jacque Edwards, Program Coordinator- TN | Fort Campbell

Name:  Jacque (pronounced Jackie) Edwards

Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Orem, UT. I was raised in Midvale, UT (about 20 miles south of SLC)

What’s a short story around the biggest transition you’ve faced in life?
The biggest transition I’ve faced in life was becoming a parent. I didn’t know how to change a diaper, feed a baby, burp a baby, do all the things to KEEP ANOTHER HUMAN ALIVE! Thankfully, with a good support system, doctors’ advice, and lots of how-to books & classes, I survived and so did the little humans I call mine ;)

What’s the one piece of advice you’d give a younger you?
You don’t know everything, and you never will. Luckily there are countless resources to help you learn what you need to know, and when all else fails – ask for help.

Your Personal Why?
Impact. I’ve always wanted to make a difference for somebody else. Now, being part of a whole organization that has built their foundation on serving others, I’ll have many opportunities.

How does your Why drive you to be a part of the THF Ecosystem?
Reading testimonials on how THF has impacted peoples’ personal lives drives me to want to learn everything I can about it so I can be a part of it.

Military Connection or Why do you respect Special Operators?
For the last 20 years my husband has been a part of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.

Favorite THF Value, and why?
Be You – We all have something to contribute to this world. Unless we truly know who we are and understand our own imbedded strengths, we won’t know how to contribute.

Area/Industry of expertise:
Logistics | Scheduling | Emotional Intelligence | Teamwork
