Participating in The Honor Foundation was a transformative experience that helped me clarify my goals and confidently navigate my transition into a new career. The support, mentorship, and resources provided were truly invaluable and gave me a renewed sense of purpose.
The Honor Foundation is a life-changing program that gave me the clarity, confidence, and connections I needed to successfully transition from the military to the civilian world. The personalized coaching, invaluable classes, and unmatched camaraderie among the fellows set it apart as an extraordinary experience. Thanks to THF, I’m not just prepared for my next chapter, I’m excited and equipped to thrive in it.
I was lost and feeling like I had already failed in my transition. I was working tirelessly but things were getting worse. I reached out to a friend that has recently retired to get some advice. He was a THF alumni, and recommended that I join. That decision has changed the trajectory for me and my family.
The Honor Foundation has been a game-changer in my transition. It helped me broaden my horizons, explore opportunities I never knew existed, and enter the job search with genuine confidence. I’m extremely grateful for the knowledge, support, and community they’ve provided as I prepare for life after the military.
THF has helped me dive deep within to discover what gives my life purpose after military service. The program has deliberately focused my efforts on the next chapter of my life with the advantage of knowing what careers I align with most. I believe I have been given a short cut to where I’m supposed to land after the military.

Transition impacts individuals, spouses, families and friends. It takes an open-mind, deep conversations, understanding and courage. Similar to active duty, the journey after service is filled with unknowns, sometimes challenging timelines and tons of effort. It takes a village — a solid support system — to transition as it should never be done alone.Today we celebrate the spouses who provide tremendous support to the service members of our country — past, present and future. These are men and women who do the heavy lifting behind the scenes and give endless amounts of encouragement, strength and care. It’s not an easy role — one full of ups and downs — and we cannot thank all military spouses enough for all that they do and the part they play in serving our country. THANK YOU.📸: THF Spouses
