Rob currently serves as a Senior Academic Instructor at the Joint Special Operations University. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young (EY) on the US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Army account teams he conducted some limited commercial valuations of commercial companies. His last assignment, prior to retirement, was the the SOCOM Chief of Staff / Special Operations Command Support Directorate Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL), SOCOM J-3 SEL, and Command Sergeant Major (CSM) for NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan / Special Operations Joint Task Force-Afghanistan.

Rob served in every enlisted leadership position from Special Forces ODA Team Sergeant through Special Forces Group Command Sergeant Major. He has experience across the tactical group and the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center for professional military education and high-risk training of critical advanced skills.
