Andy Miller has spent the past 20+ years working in financial services (investment banking and private equity), and has advised on more than 100 completed transactions with more than $200 bn of TEV in the commercial, industrial and utility services sectors.

Andy has an MBA with concentrations in Analytic Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and BSBA in Accounting with honors from Miami University (Ohio).  He lives in Chicago with his wife and adolescent son.
