Where were you born and raised?
Kalamazoo, MI – raised in Columbus, OH
What’s a short story around the biggest transition you’ve faced in life?
One of my biggest life transitions came when I gave up my career, became a new mom and moved to a new country all in a matter of weeks. I was challenged to find my identity away from the working world in a new culture while navigating a new baby with no support from family or friends. I didn’t realize it was difficult, but looking back I see it was a formidable time and I acknowledge my gratitude for such an experience.
What’s the one piece of advice you’d give a younger you?
Heed your instincts. Say no more often. Prioritize yourself every once in a while.

I enjoy working with others to uncover or create solutions that result in positive change for the collective good.
How does your Why drive you to be a part of the THF Ecosystem?
I have the pleasure of introducing THF to organizations and individuals in order to bolster support for more SOF to experience this unique and impactful program.
Military Connection or Why do you respect Special Operators?
I am proud to be married to a career SEAL officer. I have great respect for the sacrifice and commitment that the members of this community bring to their profession and the passion they apply to life.
