“I’m pregnant”. pregnant … p r e g n a n t … She only said the word once, but it echoed inside of me. In that moment every inch and intention of my being began its transition to be in service of raising my son. Having all my habits and my daily schedule change, while my deep values remained the same, obliterated the inessential and left me more singular and available to the present moment.

Your Personal Why?
In the moment: Love. Hard. Long-term: My family and helping others use themselves well so they live their own best lives as part of a healthy forward moving society.
How does your Why drive you to be a part of the THF Ecosystem?
I’ve spent my life honing my skills to use them in service of the best in the world; the people for whom they would have the most impact on the greatest number of lives. I’ve come to the right place.
Military Connection or Why do you respect Special Operators?
My brother Gregory served in our military for eight years, which tied me deeply and personally to the great sacrifice and dedication given by our veterans. As for Special Operators – my fascination with those who excel to the limits of human capability compels my respect for these incredible athletes.
Favorite THF Value and why?
“Make It 10X Better” – Life is an aesthetic experience and the best art comes from striving for greatness in everything. Special Operators are symbolic of this; real life examples of what it means to be quickened by greatness. Bringing that to bear on everything in life and everything for this extraordinary community is an honor and privilege.
